Auditions
Out of Pocket Theatre welcomes performers of all experience levels, from first-timers to seasoned stage veterans. We believe that great theatre starts with community, and that means you belong here.
Our auditions are relaxed, friendly, and focused on creating a supportive environment. You don’t need formal training or a long résumé — just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to play.
Upcoming opportunities include:
March 2026: Princess Winsome’s Rescue — a whimsical fairytale with humor, heart, and a cast of magical characters.
When audition dates are announced, you’ll find details right here — including roles available, what to prepare, and how to sign up.
Until then, follow us on social media for casting calls, workshops, and behind-the-scenes updates.
Volunteer
Out of Pocket Theatre runs on creativity, teamwork, and community spirit. That’s why we’d love to have you join us! Whether you’re a seasoned theatre pro or brand new to the stage, there’s a place for you in our pocket.
We’re always looking for helping hands in areas like:
Front of House: greeting guests, handing out programs, and helping everyone feel welcome.
Costumes & Props: organizing, mending, and creating the magic you see on stage.
Set Construction & Painting: turning raw materials into storybook worlds.
Backstage Crew: helping with quick changes, scene shifts, and tech support.
Whether you can give a few hours or a few weeks, we’d love to have you join the Out of Pocket family.
Donors & Sponsors
Out of Pocket Theatre thrives because of the generosity of our community — individuals, families, and local businesses who believe in making live theatre accessible to everyone.
Every contribution, big or small, plays a vital role in what we do. Your support helps us cover costumes, sets, stipends for local artists, insurance, and the practical things that make creative storytelling possible.
We offer several support levels to give everyone a way to participate — whether it’s a one-time gift, ongoing donation, or business sponsorship. No matter the amount, your generosity keeps the curtain rising and the community connected.
Together, we’re proving that great theatre doesn’t require grand budgets — just heart, imagination, and people willing to play their part.
